Very convenient for business travelers working in the vicinity, like at the SAP Labs. Lunch and dinner buffets are very good and of good quality. the newly built pool and outside restaurant are very pleasant, despite the street noises. Staff is helpful.

Only one set of keys work is enabled. This means that if you are 2 people in the room and each one has a key, one one person can use his key! So if both persons need to access the room at different times (one is at the gym, and the other shopping, for example) it is not possible. Very inconvenient.

The team provided an excellent service. The club queen room was beautifully maintained, comfortable bed. Also, location was comfortable, just a short walk away from Ktpo Convention Center...

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was right opposite a well-known technology company and close to other tech parks. In addition, there were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, making it a great place to unwind in the evenings. The staff members were exceptional - they were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a wide bed and free bottled water provided daily. The hotel also offered a private taxi service, which was convenient and reasonably priced. this place offered great value for money with excellent service and amenities.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The two complementary drinks offered upon arrival were a nice touch and the location was convenient for our city trip. We were able to easily access public transportation to get around. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area was not well-maintained and there was not much to do within walking distance. We had trouble giving directions to taxi drivers as they were not familiar with the area.

The hotel lounge could be upgraded to satisfy travelers looking for trendy pubs around the area.
